Inside Sales Representative -Petroleum Equipment/Service

Inside Sales Representative United Uptime Services, a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for experienced, savvy, high producing Inside Sales Representative for the greater San Antonio area! In this role you will be selling petroleum fueling equipment, maintenance services, as well as installation new builds and retrofit projects. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales role is to support the sales team by identifying and engaging potential customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and contributing to overall sales success. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales within the petroleum industry. They will interact daily with customers via phone, email, and other remote channels, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and assisting in the sales process. The primary objective is to enhance customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the District General Manager and collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve business objectives and align with company strategies. This role affords the opportunity to have a significant impact on the future of United Uptime as it continues to grow rapidly both organically as well as through acquisitions. Comply with all safety policies and procedures as outlined in the United Uptime employee and safety handbooks Assist the sales team with quotes, order processing, and coordination for timely product and service delivery Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to clearly articulate their features and benefits to customers Identify and pursue new business opportunities Support the sales team in developing relationships with new and existing customers while providing high level of customer satisfaction Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth Maintain customer databases and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in high-pressure situations Communicates effectively and persuasively with key stakeholders including project managers, operations managers, and customer contacts Customer Service Oriented Good work ethic Good organization and time management skills Work independently and as a member of a team Work under time constraints efficiently Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors) Follow all company procedures High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree strongly preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the petroleum industry is advantageous but not required In addition to competitive pay, we're proud to offer: Performance-Based Bonuses: Your hard work won't go unnoticed.
