Regional Business Manager, Foodservice Division

Is the Foodservice Beverage Industry your expertise? Our client, a leading flavor producer in the Beverage Industry, is actively searching for a Regional Business Manager, foodservice division, responsible for the Philadelphia market. This position is remote but must live near a major airport in the state of Pennsylvania.

The Regional Business Manager will support existing customer business, as well as, develop new business, design effective sales presentations, evaluate potential opportunities, establish operator marketing programs, hands-on selling, and a solution-based selling approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential distributors and operators to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
• Manage the foodservice broker sales network on a regular basis
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Increase the sales volume of current customers while attracting new ones
• Find and develop new markets and increasing company sales
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Develop programs and proposals for clients
• Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met
• Have an in-depth knowledge of company products
• Develop and grow sales with broadline Foodservice and Coffee Specialty distributors

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in Food Service and/or Specialty Coffee companies
• Food Ingredients and Beverage experience a plus
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to meet goals and set priorities
• Be proactive, self-motivated, and organized
• Overnight travel approximately 40-50%
• Familiarity with MS Office

Salary Range: $90,000.00-$120,000.
