Job OverviewA law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate for their Corporate Investment Funds Practice in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in private investment fund formation and related operational matters. Duties Advise fund sponsors on structuring and fundraising of private investment funds. Handle internal sponsor arrangements and co-investments. Manage fund operations and regulatory compliance matters. Provide counsel on day-to-day compliance and corporate issues. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in private investment fund formation. Experience with fund operational matters. Ability to handle complex regulatory issues. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
