Corporate Funds Associate (Junior to Mid-Level)

Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience to join a national-caliber private funds practice. Graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of class; corporate background. Experience in investment management or funds work is preferred. Strong writing capabilities, strategically and analytically minded, able to work independently and as part of a team. Admitted to The New York Bar or eligible for admission in the near future. Responsibilities Support a private funds practice with corporate and investment management work, collaborating with clients across industries and locations. Maintain high professional standards and contribute to a cohesive team environment. Compensation and Benefits The expected pay range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000. Salary will be determined based on education, experience, job-related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials where market pay differs from the national average.
