Idealease Service Administrator

Idealease Service Admin – Cumberland Idealease Location: Jacksonville, FL Reports To: Orlando Service Manager Cumberland Idealease is seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Idealease Service Administrator to support our Jacksonville operation. This role is based in Jacksonville and reports directly to the Orlando Service Manager. The right person will help keep repair orders, preventative maintenance, customer communication, and daily service administration moving with accuracy and urgency. What You Will Do:

• Support Daily Service Flow: Manage service administration for Jacksonville, including repair order setup, documentation, updates, follow-up, and closure.
• Coordinate PM Activity: Track preventative maintenance schedules, help keep units current, and communicate upcoming or overdue service needs.
• Maintain Repair Order Discipline: Ensure notes, approvals, labor details, outside repairs, parts information, and customer updates are captured clearly.
• Communicate Effectively: Serve as a dependable link between Jacksonville, the Orlando Service Manager, technicians, rental, lease, customers, vendors, and dealership partners.
• Drive Follow-Through: Stay organized, escalate concerns quickly, and help protect the customer experience by keeping service administration clean and current.

Who You Are:

• An organized, dependable administrator with experience in service, maintenance, dealership, rental, leasing, fleet, or another fast-paced operation.
• A strong communicator who works well with technicians, managers, customers, and internal departments while keeping details accurate and professional.
• Comfortable with follow-up, documentation, scheduling, prioritizing, and keeping multiple open items moving at the same time.
• Positive, steady, and service-focused, with the readiness to support Jacksonville while staying closely aligned with the Orlando Service Manager.
