Advance CNC Operator – Off Shift
Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
Up to $25/hour DOE
Advance CNC Machining is a growing precision manufacturing company looking for a CNC Machinist to join our 2nd shift team.
We’re looking for someone with mechanical aptitude, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to learn and grow . If you have experience operating CNC machines, working on machinery, or working in a mechanical or manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Operate Makino 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers , many with automation
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tolerances, and CMM reports
- Load materials, change tools, and make offsets
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision measuring equipment
- Complete production and inspection documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T
- Experience with precision measurement tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- CNC machining, machine operation, mechanical, maintenance, or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience with 4-5 axis Makino machines is highly preferred
You don't have to come from a traditional CNC background. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with machines, and have the desire and ability to learn, we'd like to talk with you.
