Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support a fast-paced commercial real estate organization. This individual will partner with internal stakeholders to develop compelling visual communications that enhance business development efforts, strengthen brand presence, and drive client engagement. The ideal candidate thrives under deadlines, balances multiple priorities effectively, and is passionate about translating complex information into visually impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce a wide range of branded and customized marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, digital campaigns, brochures, property marketing collateral, event materials, signage, and other client-facing assets.

• Create engaging print and digital designs that communicate unique property, project, and client narratives.

• Transform research, market intelligence, and business data into visually compelling reports, infographics, charts, dashboards, and other storytelling tools.

• Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and creative partners to coordinate project execution and production.

• Serve as a power user of marketing and design technologies, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance deliverables.

• Translate strategic business objectives into thoughtful creative solutions that support sales, marketing, and client engagement initiatives.

• Apply design thinking to communicate concepts related to commercial property, market trends, business performance, and investment opportunities.

• Stay current on emerging design, branding, and marketing trends to continually elevate creative output.

• Partner closely with marketing, business development, and operational teams to identify project goals, recommend effective design approaches, and deliver high-quality materials on schedule.

• Ensure all visual communications maintain brand consistency, attention to detail, and a polished professional standard.

Salary range: $65,000-$85,000

Skills and Requirements

Must Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including (in order of preference) InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Strong expertise in data visualization, information design, and presentation development.

• Proven experience creating high-quality sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, proposals, brochures, email campaigns, signage, presentations, and data-driven business materials that support business development, client engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives.

• Experience translating complex business, financial, market, or commercial real estate concepts into compelling visual communications.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative, proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Working knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver, or other web design tools.

• Experience supporting business development, sales, or marketing teams in a professional services or commercial real estate environment.
