Client Relationship Specialist

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is expanding its Collective Investment Trust (“CIT”) team. As a Trust Officer for CITs you will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to support client relationships, manage projects, and ensure the successful completion of administrative servicing requirements for a broad portfolio of collective investment trusts, many of which involve alternative asset classes. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and subject‑matter expert for investment‑manager clients throughout new business implementation and ongoing service relationships. Assist clients with executing CIT related projects or initiatives, with an emphasis on alternative assets. Establish project plans and lead conference calls with legal, operational, and launch teams to coordinate the establishment, setup, and launch of a CIT. Strategically develop and refine processes or best practices that drive the business forward efficiently and accurately. Gather data and present new client product developments to the Trust New Business Committee for approval. Manage or support other CIT related projects and collaborate with team members to meet client needs. Participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions to identify cross‑division standardization opportunities. Qualifications BS/BA in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Services, Employee Benefits, Investments, or Trust Administration. Working knowledge of Geneva, Investier, Investran, or InvestOne systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of alternative investment products and collective investment trusts, fund‑of‑fund operations, or other pooled investment vehicles. Project‑management experience and ability to lead initiatives. Strong oral and written communication skills, self‑starter, and excellent decision‑making ability. Detail oriented, able to work independently or within a team to meet deadlines. Regular and reliable attendance in accordance with business and client needs.
