Overview
Christian Heating Cooling Plumbing is a leading provider of heating & air conditioning Residential Home solutions, committed to delivering top-notch service and innovative products to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and promote HVAC systems & products to clients.
- Provide customized HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the Home Service industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services (technical training provided if needed).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
