Inside Sales Representative – Wholesale Tire Distribution

We are a family-owned wholesale tire distributor serving automotive repair shops, tire dealers, and dealerships throughout the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey region. We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working as part of a high-performing team.

Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with our dealer network by handling inbound and outbound sales calls, processing orders, recommending products, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced position where communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer accounts.
• Make outbound sales calls to grow business and identify new opportunities.
• Answer inbound customer calls and process tire orders accurately.
• Recommend alternative products based on availability, pricing, and customer needs.
• Stay knowledgeable on tire brands, product lines, promotions, and manufacturer programs.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Document customer interactions and call notes within the company's guidelines.
• Follow up on quotes, backorders, and customer inquiries.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive or tire industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
