We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Isolite! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product quotes and information and supporting the company's overall sales efforts.
Responsibilities:- Provide customers with product information & quotes
- Work with internal team members to provide overall customer support
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Assist Sales Managers with inside sales support & marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor & team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
