Responsibilities :

• Engage with the community and local business to prospect new clients
• Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage
• Provide excellent service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Help customers review their insurance needs and identify appropriate coverage options
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience and prospecting experience preferred

• Customer service experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses upon hire (if not already licensed)
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!
