Publisher Development Manager

What You'll Do: Team: BidSwitch - Publisher & Supply Partnerships Reporting to: Director, Solutions Consulting About BidSwitch Established in 2013, BidSwitch operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Criteo - the global leader in programmatic advertising technology and infrastructure. The Role As a Publisher Development Manager, you will be responsible for both acquiring new publisher partners and growing existing ones. You will own the full lifecycle of publisher engagement — from prospecting and onboarding new supply, through to optimization, monetization strategy, and long‑term partnership growth. Key Responsibilities Publisher Growth & Revenue Own a portfolio of high‑growth publishers, accountable for revenue, yield, and adoption of BidSwitch solutions Drive incremental revenue through new integrations, inventory expansion, and product upsell Build multi‑quarter growth plans and deliver against revenue and performance targets Supply Strategy & Yield Optimization Partner with publishers to optimize floor strategy, demand mix, format expansion, and monetization performance Analyze performance trends and identify actionable opportunities across display, in‑app, video, and CTV Collaborate with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to resolve performance and technical issues Publisher Relationships & Executive Engagement Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned publishers Build trust with both day‑to‑day stakeholders and senior decision‑makers (Commercial, Yield, Product, Revenue leads) Lead QBRs, roadmap discussions, and long‑term strategic planning sessions Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Buyer Development, Curated Markets, Commerce Media, Product, and Data teams Provide structured feedback from publishers into product and commercial roadmaps Support PMP packaging, deal strategy, and supply alignment for key buyers Who You Are: Required Experience 5–7+ years’ experience in Publisher Development, Supply Partnerships, Account Management, or Business Development within AdTech / Programmatic Strong understanding of SSP/DSP dynamics, header bidding, OpenRTB, PMPs, and yield optimization Proven ability to sign and onboard new publisher partners, not just manage existing accounts Track record of driving supply‑side revenue growth through both acquisition and optimization Preferred Background Experience at an SSP, DSP, Exchange or Monetization Technology Exposure to Curation, SPO, Commerce Media, or Retail data‑driven monetization Comfort operating in data‑driven, highly commercial environments Skills & Competencies Commercially sharp with strong business acumen Comfortable with outbound and long‑term account ownership Data‑driven approach to optimization and decision‑making Confident communicator with senior stakeholders Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Success in the Role Looks Like Consistent new publisher signings contributing incremental supply and revenue Strong ramp‑up performance of newly onboarded partners Sustainable QoQ revenue growth across the publisher portfolio High publisher retention and executive‑level advocacy for BidSwitch Why BidSwitch Work at the center of commerce, data, and programmatic innovation Collaborate with global publishers and premium supply partners Influence the evolution of privacy‑safe monetization at scale Competitive compensation, career progression, and global mobility What We Offer: Our hybrid model blends home with in‑office experiences, making space for both.
