Coda Search is partnering with an alternative asset management firm with offices located in Fort Worth, TX. This is a fantastic firm that has shown consistent growth year over year. The team is seeking to hire a Senior Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team who will partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across key operational functions to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent that supports the firm’s continued growth. This role requires a strategic recruiter who understands the dynamics of an asset manager and can effectively manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of business support functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment across all of its functions including investments, accounting, operations, portfolio managers and HR. Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach. Manage the interview process from initial candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices. Facilitate intake meetings and develop job descriptions aligned with business needs. Provide consistent communication and updates to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and hiring progress. Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS). Track and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services, consulting, or financial services environment Strong ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
