Company Profile Our client is a premier design and delivery firm that is recognized as a market leader in creating branded environments specifically for the financial industry. They are financially stable, founder‑led venture with goals to fill key territories with experienced Business Development Executives throughout North America. Job Description The Vice President, Business Development will develop new business across the full suite of offerings, including branding, strategy, design, and construction management. Cultivating Strategic Client Relationships : Building and maintaining deep, long-term relationships with C‑suite executives and Boards of Directors at target Community Banks and Credit Unions throughout a complex sales cycle (1‑3 years). Driving New Business and Strategy : Generating new business across the full design‑build and service suite, creating written territory and market focus plans, and working to achieve multi‑million dollar annual sales targets. Territory Management & Reporting : Serving as the primary liaison between clients and development teams, maintaining accurate CRM records, providing bi‑weekly updates/forecasts, and traveling 2‑3 nights per week to manage the assigned territory effectively. Requirements 10‑15 years of strategic, consultative sales experience with experience managing 12‑24 month deal cycles. Existing network with C‑suite/boards of Community Banks and Credit Unions (financial institutions in the $500M - $10B asset range). Must be a relationship‑driven individual, not a transactional "hunter‑killer." Candidates should be highly autonomous, disciplined, and comfortable managing a multi‑year sales process. Location This is a remote, field based opportunity covering the Southwest where candidates will be expected to travel 2‑3x/week to manage the region and meet with clients. Ideal candidates will be located in the Greater Austin, TX area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
