Account Manager

Summary

Hatz Diesel, an International diesel engine manufacturer, is currently seeking an Account Manager to support the group objective in delivering high-quality and innovative power solutions to our customers in new and existing industrial market segments. The Territory Service Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing support on all Hatz Products and will be supporting a territory within the Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Montana and Wymoning States. This role provides technical/service, warranty, parts, training, and other forms of support to customers. Also, the TSM will act as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for key accounts, direct OEMs, and distributors located inside the designated territory. This positions covers the Central and Western United States and can be fully remote.
Essential Responsibilities of the Account Manager

Provide onsite diagnostic/technical assistance to customers to resolve ongoing issues.
Provide onsite training to Distributors, Direct OEMS, Key Accounts, and Dealers.
Log all actions using the internal Ticketing System.
Act as SME on all Hatz Americas, Inc. products.
Communicate Product or Customer-related issues to appropriate internal support teams.
Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information regarding service, warranty, and parts for Hatz Americas. Inc. products.
Assist with Engineering Application reviews in the field as needed.
Make determinations regarding goodwill and policy adjustments.
Represent the Company at regional trade shows and open houses as required.
Assist with campaigns, recalls, or repairs as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience and skills we are seeking for the Account Manager

Excellent communication & organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Highly knowledgeable in the theory, function, and diagnostic process of Diesel Engines and Electrical systems
Ability to travel up to 75%
5+ years of experience as a Technician, Product Support, or Training professional required
Trade School graduate is highly desired
