Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Washington OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

• Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student support plans
• Promote functional, academic, and social success for students with a variety of needs
• Provide training and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
