About the Role Senior Technicians are responsible for diagnosing truck problems and performing truck repairs. Technicians create repair plans, fill out parts requisitions, tag warranty parts, turn in parts with core value, communicate updates to their Foreman daily, and maintain organized toolboxes and clean, safe workstations. Tasks and skills are as follows and require efficiency ratings of 85% or above.
