• Demonstrate a passion for the business and manage operations
• Find, train, develop, and recognize top talent
• Ensure guests receive excellent customer service
• Maintain food quality and safety standards

• Work 30-40 hours per week

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in inventory and ordering
• Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment
• Provide accountability for team members
• Ensure all brand standards are demonstrated daily
