Position Overview

Tint World Coconut Creek is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

Our facility specializes in premium automotive protection, electronics, and customization , including XPEL window tint, XPEL paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, car audio systems, custom lighting, wheels, tires, and accessories.

We are looking for someone who understands how to educate customers, build trust, and guide them toward the best solution for their vehicle and budget while delivering a high-level customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers regarding vehicle protection and customization options
• Recommend solutions including window tint, PPF, ceramic coatings, car audio, lighting, wheels, tires, and accessories
• Maintain CRM contact and lead management , ensuring all customer inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups are properly tracked and organized
• Respond to incoming phone calls, online leads, and walk-in customers professionally
• Prepare estimates and manage sales from initial consultation through final delivery
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current with automotive technology and trends

Required Skills

• Excellent phone skills and professional communication ability
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a consultative, non-pushy sales approach
• Strong organization and CRM follow-up discipline
• Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Passion for automotive customization and protection products

Computer skills necessary

Experience selling or familiarity with:

• XPEL Window Tint and Paint Protection Film
• Ceramic coatings
• Automotive electronics and car audio systems
• Custom lighting and accessories
• Wheels and tire packages

Compensation

• Base pay plus commission structure
• Full-time position (5 days per week)
• Compensation negotiable based on experience

High-performing automotive sales professionals can earn $60k–$120k+ annually depending on production and skill level.
