Sales Representative for Window Cleaning Services Are you a motivated, people-oriented individual with a passion for sales and quality service? Join our team and help expand our customer base through door-to-door sales. Fish Window Cleaning is a trusted provider of professional window cleaning services. Positions Available Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Part-Time: 2-3 days per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm or similar schedule Part-time compensation will be prorated based on the selected compensation plan. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door sales. Visit stores, shops, and commercial businesses to offer free estimates for window cleaning services. Engage with potential customers, explain service benefits, and close deals. Follow up consistently on all estimates delivered to close sales. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Provide accurate pricing and service details to customers. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation preferred (not required). Valid Driver's License required. Willingness to work in the field and visit various businesses. Compensation Competitive pay structure with two available plans: Base salary $600/week with 10% commission Base salary $400/week with 15% commission for candidates who prefer a higher commission model. Note: The full base salary applies when weekly activity expectations are achieved.
