Marketing Insights Analyst

To enhance commercial decision-making, the full-time Marketing Insights Analyst will merge marketing data with sales analytics to create a comprehensive view of marketing effectiveness and revenue generation, working remotely within a dynamic team. Key responsibilities Merge marketing data with sales pipeline analytics to build a trusted full-funnel view from marketing engagement to closed revenue Develop and maintain attribution logic to link marketing campaigns to revenue outcomes, producing ongoing reporting on marketing-influenced pipeline Analyze funnel performance, identifying conversion issues and lead management inefficiencies to improve overall sales effectiveness Required qualifications 3-6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue operations, or demand generation analytics, preferably in a B2B environment Proven ability to merge marketing and sales data to produce actionable insights that influence commercial decisions Experience with campaign attribution reporting and understanding of various attribution models Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce, including data structures and common discrepancies Strong storytelling skills to present complex data in a clear, decision-ready format for senior stakeholders
