Job Description Manage plaintiff-side employment matters with a high level of ownership and strategic responsibility. Represent employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour, leave, and related workplace disputes. Evaluate claims and develop effective litigation and resolution strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other substantive legal work. Handle discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, and other key stages of litigation. Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, responsive guidance throughout their matters. Collaborate with our attorneys and legal team to maximize outcomes for clients. Help drive cases toward strong settlements, resolutions, and litigation results. Qualifications 4+ years of employment law experience Employment law background must be exclusively plaintiff-side. Active California Bar membership in good standing. Strong employment litigation, writing, negotiation, and case-management skills. Experience handling California employee-side claims. Ability to manage substantial responsibility while providing excellent client service. Senior plaintiff-side employment attorneys are encouraged to apply.
