Collections Agent

MCI

MCI is seeking a Collections Agent in Savannah, GA to help customers bring accounts current using ethical recovery strategies. On-the-job training is provided, and the role combines customer service with negotiation in a fast-paced call center. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, discuss payment options, and aim to meet monthly recovery targets while upholding brand standards.
