Schedule: 4 days per week, working Tuesday-Friday

Compensation Range: $160,000 – $262,000 per year. This wage range reflects the expected annual income for this role, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.

Ideal Candidate:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
• 3 plus years professional clinical experience required
