Title:Director of Business IntegrityKBR brings together the best and brightest to deliver science, technology and engineering solutions that help governments and companies around the world accomplish their most critical missions and objectives.KBR is seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Business Integrity to lead our Business Integrity and Anti-Corruption Compliance functions. This role is pivotal in upholding our ethical standards, managing investigations, and ensuring compliance with global anti-corruption laws. You will oversee a high-performing team and collaborate with senior leadership to drive a culture of integrity across the organization.***Background Check Required***Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of investigators, compliance specialists, and a senior anti-corruption attorneyManage the company-wide confidential reporting program (hotline, email, and P.O. boxes)Oversee investigations into alleged violations of the Code of Business Conduct and recommend appropriate remediationCollaborate with HR and senior leadership on case outcomes and disciplinary actionsMaintain and oversee the Business Integrity case management systemDirect annual ethics training and targeted compliance education for employeesManage the annual conflicts of interest certification process and ethics training recordkeepingConduct trend analysis and compliance data analytics to inform program improvementsPrepare regular reports for senior management, the Audit Committee, and the BoardAdvise on Code of Business Conduct interpretation and compliance strategiesProvide legal guidance on ethics and compliance issues, including anti-corruption compliance mattersOversee due diligence and approvals for high-risk third-party partnersManage outside counsel on anti-corruption matters and investigations as neededPromote an ethical culture through internal communications and external benchmarkingQualifications and Skill Requirements:J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Texas or another U.S. jurisdiction20 + years of legal experience, including 5 + years in a leadership roleDeep expertise in anti-corruption laws, compliance, and investigationsIn-house ethics and compliance experience strongly preferredExceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levelsStrong writing skills for reports, summaries, and executive communicationsProven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrityAnalytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex issues quicklyExperience managing cross-functional teams and external counselIn everything we do, we are guided by our ONE KBR Values:We Value Our People – We create diverse, inclusive environments in which each person can feel safe, respected and valued, and where everyone has opportunities to grow and reach their full potential.We Deliver – We are uncompromising in our commitment to deliver innovative, high-quality, technology-led solutions for our customers and exceptional, sustainable value for all our stakeholders.We Are People of Integrity – We value honesty, trust, courage, fairness, prudence and tenacity.
