About the Job Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities

Content Review & Compliance: Analyze a variety of materials marketing content, legal documents, regulatory submissions, and more to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across legal, regulatory affairs, marketing, and product development to ensure regulatory compliance and legal integrity.
Strategic Legal Guidance: Provide timely, strategic advice on regulatory and legal issues impacting content creation, development, and distribution, navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
Research & Insights: Stay up-to-date with evolving legal and regulatory requirements in the medical and health sectors, ensuring our company remains ahead of the curve.
Internal Engagement: Participate in meetings, offering legal insights and recommendations to help shape key business decisions and projects.

Qualifications

Legal Experience: Background in law with a focus on regulatory affairs, particularly in the medical, health, or related industries.
Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks that govern medical and health products.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, working independently and efficiently.
Collaborative Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
