Extrusion Associate Day Shift

Duties & Responsibilities Extrusion Operators visually inspect extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards. Ensure product consistency and standards, including proper counts, packing patterns, and labels. Maintain required paperwork. Perform online quality inspections. Operate packaging equipment. Qualifications Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch. Related machine operation experience. Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12‑hour shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist. Basic math skills. Ability to read English and to assess product quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently and within a team to meet goals and quality standards. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to understand and follow safety policies. No experience required; manufacturing and extrusion experience highly preferred. Additional Information Work Location: 5001 D Street NW, Auburn, WA 98001 Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (rotating schedule 4,3,4,3) Pay: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour Shoe voucher/reimbursement available.
