Junior Project Manager - Public Health

Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, healthcare management, nursing, public policy, business administration, information systems, or a related field. A master’s degree in public health (MPH), health administration (MHA), public policy, or a related discipline is preferred and may substitute for some experience requirements. Demonstrated experience (typically 3–5 years or more) in public health program management, healthcare operations, clinical program coordination, or management of healthtechnology initiatives. Experience leading multistakeholder projects involving health systems, rural clinics, or community-based organizations. Background in grant-funded program administration, including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and federal or state program requirements. Experience with telehealth, specialty care coordination, or technologyenabled provision to provider-to-provider services in or with rural or underserved populations is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, and be able to work under pressure.
