Healthcare Project Manager
E-Business Solutions, Inc.
One of our clients in the government domain is seeking a Jr Project Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Tennessee’s EConsult Program, a statewide initiative supported by a five-year federal award through the Rural Health Transformation Program. The EConsult Program facilitates provider-to-provider communication to improve timely access to specialty care for rural and underserved communities. In this role, the Program Manager will manage program planning, implementation, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful expansion and sustainability of EConsult services across the state. Responsibilities include coordinating with clinical partners, health systems, technology vendors, and rural providers; overseeing program performance, data reporting, and compliance with federal grant requirements; advancing provider adoption; and supporting quality improvement initiatives that strengthen care coordination and reduce access barriers. The ideal candidate will bring strong public health program management experience, knowledge of clinical workflows and health technology, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse sectors. This position plays a key role in driving innovation in rural health delivery and improving equity in access to specialty care. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite attendance at least 1–2 days per month, with additional days as needed. Some in-state travel is required. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Tennessee. This position is funded through the Rural Health Transformation Program for the next 5 years.
