About this Private Practice Opportunity: Join a highly medical private practice focused on ocular disease. Work in a supportive environment with 4 exam rooms and advanced diagnostic equipment (Optos, OCT, visual field, NCT). Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 Bonus based on the percentage of net revenue from your patients, including optical sales Sign-on bonus: $10,000 Health, dental, 401k, malpractice insurance, CE allowance, and three weeks paid time off (PTO). Collaborative and experienced team Role Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy Prescribe corrective lenses and provide contact lens fittings Educate patients on eye health and preventative care Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care Maintain accurate patient records and follow best clinical practices.
