Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to support our Production Facility in Poynette, Wisconsin . If you are a self-starter who is looking for variety in your work, and a rewarding career, apply today! Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm Pay Rate: $30.49 - 40/hr depending on experience Career Advancement: Robust on-site technical training program and tuition reimbursement available Responsibilities Must-Have:- Ability to read electrical schematics/diagrams, and ability to troubleshoot electrical devices
- Previous hands-on experience with hydraulic, mechanical maintenance
- Understanding of basic punch tooling in a production setting
- Basic computer skills, including email usage and internet navigation
- Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment and associated electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Performing preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including robots, ovens, conveyors, tapers, machine tooling, etc.
- Operating machines such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welding equipment and other metal working tools to make and repair parts
- Light fabrication of guarding and machine structural repairs
- Background in Industrial Maintenance (2+ years)
- Experience or education in electrical maintenance
- High mechanical aptitude and ability to apply to a range of equipment.
- Able to operate a variety of small hand and power tools, a variety of diagnostic equipment
