Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patients' progress with meticulous record-keeping, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and improvement.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals—including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists—to promote a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques, effective home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention to improve long-term outcomes.
• Implement fall prevention and safety measures tailored to the assisted living community to reduce the risk of accidents and enhance patient safety.

Compensation and Benefits
