About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Chief Nursing Officer to play a pivotal role in the integration of AI technology with nursing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing operations, establish and maintain clinical protocols, and ensure the highest quality of patient care in alignment with the company's safety commitments. This role involves owning day-to-day nursing operations, managing a team of nurses, and representing nursing expertise in client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, a BSN, and at least 10 years of nursing leadership experience, with a strong background in diverse care settings and direct P&L responsibility. Experience in working with non-clinical functions such as product, engineering, data science, sales, or customer success is essential, as is a proven track record in operational transformation and the ability to operate across clinical, technical, and executive contexts. Applicants for the Associate Chief Nursing Officer position at the company should be prepared to contribute to the development of AI-powered nursing tools, including the mapping and design of a nurse co-pilot product. The role requires a candidate with exceptional communication and presentation skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into operational and product requirements. A background in establishing or improving clinical protocols, workflows, or quality improvement programs is necessary, and experience in a non-traditional healthcare setting, such as a health-tech or AI/ML-enabled care company, is a plus.
