It is the most comprehensive facility of its kind on the Virginia Peninsula. This short-term acute care hospital with 300 beds is a voluntary nonprofit and a member of Riverside Health System. The hospital features a neonatal intensive care unit with 21 beds and neonatologists located on-site.

Case Assignments & Schedule Schedule: Weekday call is 7:00 PM-7:00 AM with a guaranteed post-call day off. About 3 calls per month. Diverse and challenging case mix includes general, endo, vascular, neuro, radiology, vascular, thoracic, urology, cardiac, bariatric, orthopedic, plastics ENT, OB, and GYN.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements Schedule: Weekday call is 7:00 PM-7:00 AM with a guaranteed post-call day off. About 3 calls per month. M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine ECFMG and FLEX Completion of approved residency in anesthesia Currently licensed as a physician
