Maintenance Technician

Come Join Our Team! We're seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join a stable manufacturing operation in Medina, Ohio. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and working in a hands-on environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career. In this role, you'll help keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You'll work on a variety of industrial machinery while collaborating with an experienced maintenance team. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. Diagnose equipment issues and replace or repair defective components. Install, maintain, and repair motors, bearings, gears, valves, sensors, switches, and related equipment. Perform welding and basic fabrication as needed. Install and repair hydraulic and pneumatic piping systems. Complete maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance documentation. Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, bearings, and industrial machinery. Electrical troubleshooting experience, including industrial equipment up to 480V, is preferred. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. PLC troubleshooting experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
