Step into an opportunity with a mission-driven behavioral health clinic in a thriving Midwestern community. We are seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to support our Crisis Stabilization Unit, providing meaningful clinical care in a highly collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The Opportunity
• Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults experiencing acute psychiatric and substance use crises, including individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and significant psychosocial stressors
• Work within a 72-hour limited stay unit focused on stabilization and transition planning
• Flexible scheduling options including traditional 4- or 5-day workweeks, 7-on/7-off, and other arrangements designed to support work-life balance

Compensation and Benefits
• Enjoy up to 125 days off per year: 16 vacation days, 13 holidays, 6 personal days, and up to 90 sick days
