Account Support Representative

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to review and process Scope of Appointment (SOA) forms submitted by agents and brokers. A Scope of Appointment is a CMS required document that must be completed by the beneficiary and agent before an agent can discuss Medicare plan benefits or enrollment options. Using a daily Salesforce report, the representative will locate and review submitted SOAs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and company guidelines. The representative will accurately document the review results within Salesforce and maintain records of compliance determinations. When an SOA is found to be non-compliant, the representative will notify the agent or broker by sending a standardized communication through Salesforce outlining the identified issues and any required corrective actions.

• Review and process Scope of Appointment forms submitted by agents and brokers.
• Utilize Salesforce reports to identify and track submitted SOAs.
• Evaluate SOAs for compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Document review outcomes and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Communicate compliance deficiencies to agents and brokers through Salesforce-generated notifications.
• Support adherence to Medicare compliance standards and internal business processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of college and 1 year business experience OR 3 years business experience
• Verbal and written communications skills to interface internally/externally, conduct training and compose business correspondence
• PC proficiency including Word and Excel
• Analytical skills
• Ability to travel including overnight stays when needed

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Marketing support, claims administration, or customer service experience
• Managed care insurance experience including knowledge of managed care products

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$18.46 - $37.84
