Senior Manager, Healthcare Performance Improvement - Physician Operations - 2236884

Description & Requirements The Performance Improvement Healthcare Consulting team helps healthcare organizations achieve sustainable results by addressing margin erosion through targeted improvement strategies. By aligning strategic, operational, and financial initiatives, they identify opportunities and support leadership in implementing impactful changes. With a focus on strengthening margins, the team empowers providers to fulfill their mission and thrive in today’s evolving healthcare environment. What You Will Do Drive compensation and operational projects for hospitals, clinics, and community health centers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Serve as a primary liaison for client communications, providing executive-level oversight and guidance throughout engagements. Direct and or complete the development and delivery of proposals, agreements, research, reports, and presentations to support business objectives and client success. Oversee and complete the detailed tasks associated with performance improvement initiatives, including provider compensation plan design, service line and productivity analyses, system throughput optimization, revenue cycle enhancements, and expense management. Shape organizational structures and lead strategic planning efforts to improve efficiency and long-term sustainability. Utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools to inform recommendations and monitor performance outcomes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry, including experience in healthcare operations and/or consulting engagements supporting healthcare clients Exposure to provider compensation plans and strategies, including design, evaluation, or implementation Experience leading project teams or workstreams, including managing deliverables and client interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel up to 50% as required by business needs Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree What We Offer Our robust total rewards program and flexible work environment reflect our commitment to people, careers, and well-being - empowering our team to grow and thrive while delivering exceptional service.
