The Finance Process Consultant will lead the process re-design initiatives and optimize financial operations. Their services range from CFO and tax advisory to transaction support and finance transformation, helping businesses scale effectively. The Finance Process Consultant will lead the process re-design initiatives and optimize financial operations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities Ensure all redesigned processes align with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities Provide insights into complex accounting scenarios and recommend appropriate solutions Plan, execute, and oversee process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives Develop and implement innovative process re-design strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required 8-10 years of experience in finance process consulting or process re-design Big 4 consulting experience strongly preferred Proven project management expertise Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills Salary Range $175,000-$185,000 Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Arrow Search Partners by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Process Consultant” roles.
