What You Bring:

• 2-3+ year of restaurant kitchen manager experience
• Previous casual dining experience is preferred in a chain-restaurant environment.
• Strong back of house leadership skills
• A people-first leadership mindset
• Pride in building strong teams
• Passion for hospitality
• ServSafe certification a plus (training provided)
