Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Deliver mental health services predominantly via telehealth, ensuring a high standard of care while adapting to the virtual environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding client progress, assessments, and treatment plans according to health standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and effective follow-up.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support programs as necessary to help patients navigate challenging mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Clinical Social Worker at HealthLink, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your practice will address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The remote nature of the work enables you to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects their individual experiences and needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• At least 2 years of documented experience providing mental health services, with strong competency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interactions with clients and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advances in mental health practices.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to leverage technology effectively in delivering mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflecting your experience and contributions to the organization.
