Personal Lines Account Manager

Personal Lines Insurance Agent
Manage and service a personal lines book of business, including home, auto, umbrella, and related policies.
Conduct annual account reviews with insureds.
Discuss recommendations to enhance coverage and reduce risk.
Address client questions and concerns by phone, email, and in person.
Communicate regularly with clients regarding their insurance coverage.
Provide quotes and recommend appropriate coverages based on individual client needs.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and policy issues.
Maintain thorough and accurate records within the agency management system.
Stay current on insurance products and industry changes.
Commission opportunities in addition to base salary.
50% first-year commission for rounding out a house account.
50% commission on independently generated new business.
25% commission on independently generated renewal business.
Standard employee benefits.
Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week.
