Chasing Your Dreams ABA is seeking a compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person adaptive behavior treatment with protocol modification (CPT 97155) for learners in the Triad and Davidson County area of North Carolina.
Position Summary
The BCBA will provide in-person 97155 services only, working directly with learners and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs). This role focuses on protocol modification, caregiver collaboration as appropriate, technician coaching, treatment integrity, and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct adaptive behavior treatment with protocol modification (97155) 
• Provide live supervision and coaching to BTs/RBTs 
• Modify treatment plans based on learner progress and clinical observations 
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions 
• Ensure implementation fidelity of behavior intervention plans 
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers as appropriate 
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation 
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing 
• Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Credentialed with NCTracks/NC Medicaid 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally 
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
