Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. * Engaged! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. * Knowledgeable! Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics. * Creative! Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children. We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:   * At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.

• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization,

CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements * Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children Compensation and Benefits * Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options

• Lead Teacher- $20.61-$21.41
