They will schedule all non-emergency maintenance work and communicate the plan with the Maintenance team, in addition to ensuring all necessary parts, materials and tools are available to complete the orders & PMs.Principal ResponsibilitiesCreate weekly Maintenance schedule based on priority needs of the plantCollaborate with plant departments to adjust schedule in order to accommodate urgent work & support the teamIdentify resource requirements for work orders & coordinate availabilityManage spare parts inventoryAssist in development of standard processes and procedures for the Maintenance departmentAdminister CMMS including revisions or additions of users, suppliers, parts, assets, preventative maintenance plants, workflows and formsGenerate and analyze reports based on relevant KPIsQualifications & Experience3+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling/planning/coordination within a manufacturing environmentCollege or University within a Technical field such as Engineering is preferredAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office and CMMS softwareUnderstanding of core maintenance functions including preventative maintenance, work orders, routine inspections and parts managementStrong ability to multitask and influence othersExcellent communication, people and project management skillsIPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
