As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overall operation while supporting your Store Manager. From local store marketing to achieving sales and profit goals, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’. You’ll also help your Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. An Assistant Manager must demonstrate sufficient application of knowledge and leadership, always remain engaged and in tune with customers and employees needs and drive towards the continuous improvement of overall store operations. This role is for someone we are looking to grow into a Store Manager.CARIN’

You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience. You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law). You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. Passion for Results Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience,and judgment.
