Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care coordination

• Develops and implements effective nursing strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes and satisfy patient needs

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Conducts regular rounds to ensure patient satisfaction, comfort, and safety

• Monitors and reports on unit outcomes, including quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and core measures

• Provides leadership and guidance to staff, including orientation, education, and mentoring

• Participates in hospital-wide committees and initiatives to improve patient care and operations

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures

• Fosters a positive and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and collaboration
