Strategic HR Manager - Talent & People Ops
Sct
SCT is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR programs across the employee lifecycle. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, records maintenance, policy updates, and compliance reporting while partnering with managers to support performance and employee relations. The role requires 7–10 years of HR experience, a relevant degree, and professional HR certification is preferred. Government contractor experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sct
