Job Opportunity – Family Medicine Physician – New Hampshire

Start Date: Not specified
Location: New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

Full patient demographic from pediatrics through adults

Requirements:

Board Certification in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered if candidate sees all age groups)
Active New Hampshire state medical license required
Current BLS certification
Active DEA license
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
